Drinks Lots of Water!
The human body is made up of over 70% water. Therefore, water is possibly the most basic and essential part of remaining healthy. Our bodies depend on water for proper digestion and nutrient absorption. In addition, our energy level is greatly affected by the amount of water we drink each day. Remember to drink plenty of water if exercising or spending time in warm, humid temperatures.
Equally important to the amount of water we drink is the quality of the water. With a plentiful amount of clean water each day, we allow our bodies to perform the functions necessary to keep us healthy.
